This was a public performance Stigma of Mental Illness. On the sidewalk of a busy city street, I sat to draw a poster of a woman's head with names wrongly associated with mental illness. I then taped it on a graffiti wall, and people began conversations. Many expressed gratitude for a public acknowledgement of their own private mental health challenges. Some allowed me to photograph them looking at the poster.
